Terms of Service
Last updated May 1, 2026. This interim version should be replaced with lawyer-reviewed copy before accepting live payments.
What you are buying
Rocket Web Pages sells done-for-you websites for service businesses. Your purchase includes the website package shown at checkout and the setup flow needed to launch it.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful photos, and permission to use any logos, trademarks, or content you upload.
Ownership
After payment clears, you own the finished website content we create for your business, subject to any third-party software licenses and provider terms used to operate the site.
You may request a copy or transfer of your website code by emailing support@rocketwebpages.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. We may pause setup or access if we reasonably believe a site violates these terms or the law.
You are responsible for making sure claims on your site, including licenses, certifications, reviews, guarantees, and pricing, are accurate.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices shown at checkout are one-time unless a future optional subscription is clearly selected.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: you can request a refund within 7 days if the site is not live yet. Technical-issue exceptions may be granted within 14 days at founder discretion.
Third-party services
Your website may rely on trusted providers for payment processing, hosting, database storage, file uploads, email delivery, and build automation. Their service availability can affect setup timing.
We are not responsible for outages or policy changes from third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to help restore service if a provider issue affects your site.
Limitation of liability
Rocket Web Pages is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee a specific amount of traffic, search ranking, revenue, or lead volume.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected website package.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@rocketwebpages.com.
