Refund Policy
Last updated May 1, 2026. This interim version should be replaced with lawyer-reviewed copy before accepting live payments.
7-day refund window
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your website is not live yet.
Once your site is live, the one-time website purchase is considered delivered and standard self-serve refunds are no longer available.
If you do not finish setup
If you start checkout but do not complete setup, the refund window still runs from the purchase date and remains open until day 7.
Email support@rocketwebpages.com from the address used at checkout to request the refund.
Technical-issue exception
If a technical issue prevents us from delivering a working site, the founder may issue a refund even after the site is live.
This exception is available for 14 days after purchase and is reviewed case by case.
Optional future subscriptions
If a future monthly Growth Plan is enabled, cancellation stops future billing. We do not prorate the current billing period.
The Growth Plan is not part of the first-launch website purchase.
